Introduces the student to the parts and terminology associated with computers and their use.

Introduction to Internet and E-mail

Provides methods of finding what a student may be looking for on the interent and introduces students to different forms of e-mailing including webmail, outlook express and outlook.

  • No modification of the repair must have been done by the customer (i.e. re-infection by a virus).

Upgrading an existing system to 64 bit rarely works as hardware is usually designed for the operating system they expect to be on the system. Therefore if purchasing a new system, go with a 64 bit system, it will be ready for the future.

Defragging is your friend!

If your computer is slowing down, before you call a service company(except us of course), do a defragmentation of your hard drive.

When a hard drive gets heavily fragmented, it slows down access to the files stored there.
